To celebrate America’s most popular holiday, Babylon guests will be transported to the sounds of basement New York jazz clubs of the 1930s and 40s as they listen to world-famous classics such as ‘I Get a Kick Out of You’ to Harold Arlen’s ‘Stormy Weather’ and Rodgers and Hart’s ‘My Funny Valentine,’ all performed by the talented vocalists and musicians from resident jazz band ‘The Ben Matthews Trio’.
