Having started his career working under Gordon Ramsay he is now bringing his notable culinary skills to bear at this Sussex eatery. His new menus will draw on the experience gleaned from working at Michelin star restaurants around the globe. His culinary flair, combined with a passion for using fresh locally sourced ingredients, promises to deliver some great dishes.

All sourced from local suppliers, indeed, even some wines are locally sourced from vineyards just 10 miles away.
