XI Home Dumplings Bay in Spitalfields, London E1 will run two festive dumpling masterclasses on Sunday 7th and 14th December 2025.
Food fans are invited to roll up their sleeves and learn the art of crafting authentic dumplings from the experts at Xi and make multi-coloured dumplings this month!
All guests will get a glass of champagne, or non-alcoholic cocktail, during the class.
Led by XI Home’s Head Chef Minnie Wang and Owner Wenjun Xiang, participants will explore the rich traditions of Northern Chinese dumpling-making, from crafting the perfect dough to creating delicious bespoke XI home fillings.
The Xi Home masterclass promises a hands-on experience where attendees can connect with fellow food lovers while gaining dumpling-making skills in a welcoming and vibrant environment of the restaurant.

· A chance to make your own multi-coloured dumplings – two different types which will be cooked and enjoyed at the end of the class
