Esca, Clapham’s renowned local eaterie, has launched its third store at London’s newest urban development, New Street Square.

Esca New Street Square combines a contemporary food hall, deli, patisserie and café, serving breakfast through to dinner with a daily changing menu created to meet the demands of the City throughout the day. Freshly made sandwiches and salads are available to eat in or takeaway and a delivery service operates for local offices.

Hot on the heels of its opening in London’s Westfield shopping centre and building upon its established reputation of serving quality food in relaxed and vibrant surroundings, Esca is destined to become a hub for both social and business meetings by bringing its local community charm to the City. The family owners encourage customers to treat Esca like a place of their own; sharing communal tables over lunch, picking up fresh items from the deli or simply enjoying a chat over a drink.

Charmaine Wasif, Director of Esca, said: ‘Esca is a gourmand’s paradise. Since opening in Clapham in 2004, Esca has gathered a loyal local following and become a real focal point within the community. People appreciate our laid back approach and our passion for creating distinctive yet healthy food.

‘We want to create the same buzz at New Street Square, offering office workers and local residents a haven that feels individual and a ‘home from home’ which they can visit for both business and pleasure.” Esca New Street Square is now open. Opening hours will be 7am – late, Monday to Friday. Further information available at www.escauk.com
