Keelung, a new restaurant launching in the West End on the 1st of June. It is part of Restaurant Management UK, who possess a UK portfolio of 15 modern Asian restaurants, including Goldfish (Hampstead), the award-winning Koi, (Kensington) and Leong’s Legend (West End).
Following on from the success of north London’s expansive Hi Sushi enterprise and the elegant, A-list adored Goldfish in Hampstead, Geoffrey Leong and his talented family of restaurateurs will launch a unique new Taiwanese venue in the London’s West End on the 1st of June.
Named after the second biggest harbour city in northern Taiwan, Keelung aims to be an authentic dining emporium offering superior Taiwanese street food unavailable elsewhere in London. The menu is uncompromisingly regional and aims to inject the authenticity back into fresh, high quality Taiwanese cuisine available outside of Asia. Enticing diners with a new ‘street spin’ on northern Taiwanese cooking, Keelung and its revered chefs engage diners through fun and informality – a recognition of the ethos behind Asian street food that is also founded on age-old cooking styles, signature family recipes and premium spices.
