On 17 July, Parsons Green Lane will welcome Stubby’s, a neighbourhood cafe, sandwich shop, deli and wine bar from two south-west London locals who’ve spent the better part of a decade in hospitality.

Founded by childhood friends Oli Man and Greg Weaver, the duo behind Bermondsey’s These Days Bar & Kitchen, Stubby’s will move from morning coffee to evening drinks, seven days a week. The concept draws on time spent working in Australia, where, high-quality all-day hospitality is the norm.
The pair have over a decade of hospitality experience managing bars and leading teams across London and Sydney.
Coffee sits at the heart of the Stubby’s experience, delivered in partnership with Antipodean favourite Allpress Espresso. Inspired by the Australasian approach to café culture. Stubby’s will offer a taste of what’s trending in Australia and New Zealand.
Alongside Flat Whites, Cortados and Cold Brew, the menu will feature specials such as a Blueberry & Matcha Cloud Latte for Wimbledon, and a Cold Brew & Maple Sea Salt Cloud Latte.
The broader drinks menu follows the same ethos and will include favourite tipples from Down Under as well as a full cocktail menu. Wines are hand-selected from Hunter Valley and Marlborough vineyards, and joining the Stubby’s Pilsner on tap is Byron Bay brew, Stone & Wood.
