Sette by Scarpetta

This Valentine’s, Sette by Scarpetta will be offering diners a delicious set menu to celebrate the occasion. The bespoke Valentine’s menu will include a five-course set menu with a glass of Ruinart Brut on arrival.

The menu highlights the restaurant’s Italian and New York influence with dishes such as the Scallop Crudo served with Caviar and finger lime, and the Ravioli Cacio e Pepe with black truffle.

Pair the meal with a bottle of wine or one of the three Valentine’s cocktails which have been specially created.

Including the I Got You; created with Diplomatico Reserve, Lustau Vermouth, Zucca Rabarbaro and Almond Syrup.

The Isn’t She Lovely with Seatrus Gin Acqua di Mare, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Chambord, Antica Formula, Vanilla Bitter and Egg White. The Valentine’s menu will be available on the 14th February and costs £135 per person.

COYA

For Peruvian foodie lovers COYA is embracing love with a touch of Peruvian elegance through a Valentine’s Day set menu and bespoke cocktail. 

For a memorable evening of fine food, romance & delicious cocktails, COYA Mayfair’s Valentine’s Day menu at £120 pp includes a selection of specially crafted dishes & half bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rose.

The Valentine’s Day set menu will be available on Wednesday 14th February for dinner only.

For guests who want to add that bit of something extra, COYA Mayfair’s crafty mixologists have created the “Love Reviver no.3’ cocktail, crafted with Lilet Blanc, Framboise, Cherry syrup, Strawberry puree, egg white, strawberry juice and lemon juice. 

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square 

Valentine’s restaurant guide wouldn’t be proper without a mention of Nobu of course.

Nobu Restaurant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has created a Valentine’s menu for the special day, priced at £250 per couple.

Contracted by Chef Michael the bespoke menu for the evening is designed to be enjoyed by two. It’s an eight course menu made to share the gastronomic journey.

The tasting sharing menu includes a selection of Nobu favourites such as Yellowtail jalapeño with caviar to start before moving onto classic Black cod miso and Beef tenderloin with anticucho.

For an extra special evening on the Valentine’s dining guests can also accompany the eight course with a bottle of Laurent Perrier.

NYnLON

For the Valentine’s celebration NYnLON a recently opened American style diner had prepared meat and seafood platters for the love birds. Sharing is caring.

Surprise the one you love with a perfect meal over Valentine’s Day, as NYnLON presents a sumptuous menu featuring Dry Aged Ribs and Seafood Platter.

Choose from a variety of sharing platters:

  • 35 Day Dry Aged Rib On The Bone – 750g for two to share at £89, House Seasoned Fries, Chilli Dressed Sprouting Broccoli and a choice of two sauces.
  • NYnLON’s Chilled Dressed Seafood Platter for two to share at £75, 6 Maldon Rock Oysters, Dressed Prawns, Bourbon Salmon, Scallop Ceviche, Mussels & Clams. Served with Toasted Ciabatta, Balsamic, Olive Oil.
  • NYnLON’s Chilled Dressed Seafood Platter for two to share including ½ chilled dressed lobster at £105

Valentine’s menu is available from 13th – 15th February, pre booking required .

LPM Restaurant & Bar

A French Riviera – inspired restaurant LPM Restaurant has introduced an exclusive dessert for Valentine’s Day, the Tarte Tropézienne à la Fleur d’Oranger. 

The limited edition dessert is LPM Restaurant & Bar’s contemporary take on one of the French Riviera’s most loved sweet delicacies, the Tarte [MOU3] Tropézienne, originally inspired by Brigitte Bardot.

Available at LPM Restaurant & Bar globally from 14th – 29th February, the Tarte Tropézienne à la Fleur d’Oranger consists of a buttery Brioche filled with Orange Blossom Diplomat Cream, topped with a Craquelin and Pink Pralines.

The Tarte Tropézienne à la Fleur d’Oranger can be ordered along LPM’s a la carte menu.

Humo

Experience “Fire Dining” at HUMO this Valentine’s Day. Humo uses different types of wood on a 4-metre-long grill, which is the focal point of the restaurant.

Guests can sit along the wooden counter and watch the flames at work, whilst dining on a menu specially curated for Valentine’s day by Executive Chef, Miller Prada.

The six-course menu features a combination of limited edition dishes and HUMO signatures. Such as aged ike-jime Hampshire chalk stream trout with a Marinda tomato ‘dashi’.

HUMO’s Garden Salad and the signature Scallop, a hand-dived Orkney scallop with pear, whiskey barrel, Dictador 20-year oak-aged rum sabayon, to name a few.

Six-course menu priced at £120pp including a welcome drink on the 14th February.

Duck and Waffle

You can never have too many rooftops with London views. Take Valentine’s Day to new heights with views of the twinkling London skyline, Champagne upon arrival, and a specially curated Valentine’s Day menu by Executive Chef Maxwell Terheggen at Duck & Waffle.

Indulge in an array of enticing dishes, including a silky Sea Bass Crudo, a melt-in-the-mouth Beef Carpaccio with red sorrel and pickled onion.

Followed by a beautiful Blood Orange Seared Turbot Fillet and a sweet White Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse with frosted rose petals for dessert.

End the meal with a special selection of luxurious pink champagne truffles whilst enjoying an unrivalled view of the twinkling London skyline. Priced at £150pp.

Oblix East & Oblix West

Last but definitely not least is Oblix at The Shard. Celebrate romance 32 stories high against the backdrop of London’s spectacular skyline. Guests can choose from three made-to-share tasting menus, available in Oblix West and Oblix East.

Oblix East will be decorated for the occasion with a Valentine’s floral display and each table in both spaces will be set up with a red rose for love birds to take home.

Oblix West will be offering Valentine’s Signature Menu (£130pp) and Valentine’s Premium Menu (£170pp) including a glass of bubbles on arrival.

The menu highlights include Crab Cakes with wasabi mayonnaise & salmon roe and the Cedar Black Cod with pickled onion and jalapeño for mains.

While premium menu features a Seafood Platter and a Whole Lobster with lemon verbena & garlic butter.

Diners at Oblix East will be tempted by a selection of signature sharing starters such as smoked salmon with horseradish cream and a Roasted Spring Chicken with lemon, black garlic and rosemary, paired with bubbles on arrival for £95pp.

Galvin La Chapelle

Or why not consider a Michelin- starred Galvin La Chapelle for the St Valentine’s Day dinner.

Nestled just a stone’s throw away from the Spitalfields Market this french style restaurant has put together a Valentine’s special menu for £130pp.

Galvin La Chapelle was founded by brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin, who are proudly marking its 15th anniversary this year.

The Valentine’s Day menu includes orkey scallop ballotine, spiced honey glazed duck magret, beef filet ‘Rossini’. Rounded up with something sweet for the road – ariaga dark chocolate soufflé or pear tart tatin.

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

This Valentine’s Day, contemporary and seasonal British restaurant, The Montagu Kitchen & Lounge, at The Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill will be offering guests an intimate culinary experience for loved-up couples to enjoy and create lasting memories together.

The carefully curated Valentine’s Day menu includes 5 courses to share with bespoke wine pairing for every course. Each delightful dish is designed with romantic flavours at the heart, and all couples will be greeted with a welcome glass of champagne, topped off with a special gift to round off the celebrations.

A luxurious feast for the senses, the Valentine’s menu can be enjoyed at £105 per person, including an option to upgrade with wine pairing for an added £15.

Fine Dining at Fenchurch

If you’re looking to pull out all the stops, look no further than Fenchurch Restaurant. 

Head Chef Kerth Gumbs combines British ingredients with Caribbean flavours in his indulgent six-course Valentine’s tasting menu.

Start with a glass of champagne and an array of snacks, including native oyster with blood orange and cucumber; pumpkin cappuccino; beef tartare taco with smoked oyster emulsion and smoked duck, before indulging in main courses of Cornish crab; Lumina lamb and Wagyu.

The meal ends on a sweet note with Fenchurch’s iconic soursop and pink peppercorn whisky gummy bears followed by brown butter shortbread with white chocolate and prosecco jelly. Available 14th February from £165 per person.  To book, click here.

Coq D’Argent

This Valentine’s Day, Coq D’Argent are pulling out all the stops with a sensational five-course menu created by Executive Head Chef, Damien Rigollet, to be enjoyed amongst the romantic rooftop setting.

For £125, the offering begins with an amuse bouche. Followed by a choice of delicious French inspired dishes such as black truffle and Clarence Court egg cocotte.

Followed by a 28-day dry aged 500g sharing Chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce and a warming dark chocolate fondant.

End on a sweet note with Petit fours, and soak in the beautiful views of the City with your one true love. Valentine’s menu is available 14th-17th February.

14 Hills

For £130 per person, lovers can indulge in a decadent five-course menu championing British seasonal produce whilst enjoying the views of the City and a live DJ.

Located on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch 14 Hills name is inspired by the fact that you can see as far as the hills.

In addition to the green hills diners can also enjoy the views of The Shard, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the River Thames.

All whilst surrounded by a garden like interior with shrubs and seasonal climbers as well as several pergolas created by Robert Angell.  

The Valentine’s menu is available on the 14th February.
