What to do at Taste of London this year

Flame-fuelled theatrics & chef-led cooking classes:
● The Taste Fire Pit
Drop by the Taste Fire Pit for flame-fuelled chef demonstrations, delicious dishes and all the festival vibes. Hosted by DJ BBQ, you’ll find the likes of John Chantarasak and Elizabeth Haigh demonstrating on Friday 20th June and Jay Morjaria onSaturday 21st June.

● Taste Cook School
Get one-on-one tips from your culinary heroes in an intimate cooking class at TasteCook School. Hosted by Crazy Sexy Food podcast host Hannah Harley Young, get top tips from the likes of Melissa Hemsley and Natalia Rudin on Wednesday 18th June, Chantelle Nicholson on Friday 20th June, and BAFTA-winning Big Zuu on Saturday 21st June to name a few!

● K-Food BBQ Cook School
Don your apron and get your tongs at the ready as you learn all the tips and tricks you need to cook Korean food over open fire. Joining host chef Julian Brown, this year’s lineup features Judy Joo on Friday 20th and Michelin-starred Woongchul Park on Sunday 22nd June.

● Taste Sessions with The Royal Parks
Take part in intimate talks, tastings and demonstrations focused on sustainability,wellbeing, and nature at Taste Sessions with The Royal Parks. Topics include Bringing Matcha into Your Lifestyle with Matcha and Beyond, What is Sustainability in Wine with Rob Buckhaven, and Growing Your Own Herbs with Hackney Herbal.

● Grana Padano PDO Cheese & Prosecco DOC
Stop by for cheese-infused cooking demonstrations by chef Danilo Cortellini, accompanied by sparkling wine tastings with wine expert Neil Phillips. Each day of the festival will be themed to a fun topic exploring key elements of the company identities, from Zero Waste Day to Party Like No Other Day.


● Live HappILLY – Master the art of brewing with precision and consistency in illy’s intimate hands-on workshop, Brew Quality Loves Detail: V60 Style. You’ll leave with the ability to brew with excellence, craft the perfect espresso martini – and sip it too!

● Mastercard Cocktail Masterclasses with Jack Daniel’s & el Jimador – Mastercard are partnering with Jack Daniel’s and el Jimador to deliver a series of themed cocktail masterclasses at Taste. Guests can design their own cowboy hats with Jack Daniel’s and learn how to make three classic cocktails with el Jimador, with other freebies up
for grabs too. Head to The Mastercard Pagoda to sign-up and secure your place!

● House of Schweppes – Visit the Schweppes Disc-O and experience the ‘Necessary Schweppes’ to create your own signature Highball. There are up to six Extraordinary Effervescence with Schweppes Masterclasses taking place each day of the festival.

● Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden – Piper-Heidsieck will be taking guests through the Ultimate Champagne Tasting with four exceptional champagnes, comparing the fundamentals of champagne winemaking and developing skills to appreciate the nuanced differences that make each champagne unique. Sessions
from Thursday-Saturday at 2.30pm and 7:30pm.

● Alongside the expert-led cocktail masterclasses, make sure to step aboard the Miraval Spirit of the Riviera Yacht, transporting you to Cannes as you sip on a glass of chilled Provence Rose, or head to the La Casera Bar to find yourself in sunny Spain with the iconic Spanish spritz that has just landed in the UK.

Endless entertainment:
● KISS DJ sets in the VIP Lounge
Get on down to the VIP Lounge with amazing DJ sets brought to you by Kiss. DJ Matchstick will be kicking off the festival with a set on Wednesday 18th June, followed by Jake Thomson on Thursday, Davda on Friday Night, AJ King and Justin Wilkes on Saturday, amongst other stars.

● The Uber Eats Best in Taste Awards
Kicking off the festival on Wednesday 18th June, the Uber Eats Best In Taste Awards are back with Lorraine Copes from Be Inclusive Hospitality, chef Adriana Cavita, cookbook author Chris Baber, and representatives from Hot Dinners, SheerLuxe The Royal Parks, and The Felix Project on the judging panel.The ceremony will be
hosted by Natalia Ribbe, CODE Hospitality’s Woman of the Year, as the panel awards Best Dish amongst a host of other restaurant accolades in the VIP Lounge.

● Disney+ Ice Cream Booth
Disney+ offers a lifetime of great stories, and at Taste, you can experience them in a delicious new way. Savour four unique ice cream flavours inspired by your favourite shows: The Simpsons, FX’s The Bear, Only Murders in the Building, and FX’s Alien: Earth. Immerse yourself in the different worlds of these series in show-specific photobooths, placing you in each iconic location.
