Croque Gascon, the upmarket French food outlet at Westfield London, has two new holiday specialities – the signature Croque Gascon duck burger with cranberry sauce and a black truffle tartine with a glass of Champagne. Croque Gascon’s ‘fast good” concept combines fine gastronomy with express service. ‘We want to offer food that’s not only fast and reasonably priced but most importantly good,” said Pascal Aussignac, Croque Gascon’s proprietor and chef.

Also on the menu are traditional items from South West France. The dishes are based on the region’s seasonal produce including artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and free-range poultry. Croque Gascon, opened at Westfield London in October 2008. It is the latest outlet from Pascal Aussignac and Vincent Labeyrie, the restaurateur duo behind Club Gascon in Smithfield and Le Cercle in Belgravia.
