The Harwood Arms, a refurbished traditional pub in Fulham, is focusing on seasonal, local and natural produce to build their full menu items and bar snacks. Guests will be able to order bar snacks like Venison Scotch Eggs, Kipper Croquettes and Cornish Salami. Instead of crinkle crisps, Pub owner Edwin Vaux branched into more contemporary cuisine with a menu listing ‘root vegetables crisps” or ‘crisp potatoes in garlic butter”.

Traditional dishes on the pub menu have also been given a hint of the 21st century and include mince pies, potted wild rabbit with dandelion and toast, smoked Cornish pilchards with soda bread, deviled crab with a toasted English muffin and oysters. Pub owner Edwin Vaux wanted a skilled staff to run his pub, so he has assembled a pub team that includes Brett Graham from Ledbury, Mike Robinson of the Pot Kiln in Berkshire along with Stephen Williams to head the kitchen team.

The Harwood Arms is located just off Fulham Broadway at 27 Walham Grove, Fulham, London, SW6 1QP. For reservations, call 020 7386 1847.
