chilled lobster pieces and exotic fruit coated in a light lemon dressing
with cherry tomatoes and chives

chopped lobster, chicken and pork mousse with coriander,
garlic and lime leaf, coated in egg, fried served with a sweet plum sauce

por pia sod goong mong korn
crystal summer roll with sliced lobster tail, cucumber,
mint and a spicy tomato sauce

choo chee goong mong korn
curried half lobster with choo chee sauce, rice vermicelli and pak choy

goong mong korn pad prik thai dum
stir-fried half lobster in a black pepper sauce with king oyster mushroom,
mixed peppers and sugar snaps

goong mong korn nueng
steamed lobster in a soft egg custard with chilli oil and garnished
with a salad of young peppered cress

all prices include vat, a 12.5% service charge will be added to the total bill
