Way to make us feel old! Is it really twenty years since pioneering fine-dining Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club opened?

Seems it is, and to mark the occasion, Executive Chef Vivek Singh is hosting a very special birthday
dinner on the 25th May.

Joined by long-standing Cinnamon Club alumni, including Head Chef Rakesh Nair and Operations
Manager Hari Nagaraj, Vivek will host a special celebratory evening featuring champagne and canapés followed by a very special eight-course tasting menu.

The menu has been designed to takes diners on a culinary journey spanning the restaurant’s two
decades . Vivek and his team will share the stories, anecdotes and memories associated with each signature dish>

These include carpaccio of home cured Shetland salmon with mustard caviar and curry leaf snow; clove smoked Anjou pigeon with pumpkin and peanuts; and special slow braised lamb shoulder with nutmeg and fennel sauce.



Fine wines will accompany each course, carefully chosen by sommelier Laurent Chaniac, and guests
will get to take home one of Vivek’s cookbooks at the end of the evening.

Tickets are priced at £170 pp and covers are extremely limited, so book now to avoid disappointment:

The anniversary tasting menu will be available until the end of the year at The Cinnamon Club at
£85 pp for eight courses / £170 pp with paired wines.
