In celebration of British Pie Week (1st – 7th March), you’re invited to tuck into a home-made pie and a pint for just £10 – a pie-deal saving of over £5*.
As a week simply didn’t seem long enough, you will be able to take advantage of this from the 1st to the 14th of March in The Avalon, The Stonhouse and The Abbeville in Clapham, The Bolingbroke in Battersea and The White Hart in Kennington.
Comforting combinations include wild boar and chocolate; rabbit, girolles and chestnut; Middlewhite pork, mustard and cider; butternut squash, spinach and goat’s cheese; steak and ale; as well as cow pie, complete with oxtail, ox tongue and tripe. Wash it down with your choice of leading British ales such as Timothy Taylor’s Landlord from West Yorkshire, Battersea brewed Wandle Ale, Doom Bar from Cornwall or Sundancer from Twickenham.
