Identita London brought 16 of the world’s premiere and renowned chefs together in one place to share some of their secrets and techniques with their colleagues and attendees interested in food. Now, this two day event could be a bit of a marathon, so I attended on the first morning when three of the four chefs I had most wanted to see were demonstrating the creation of some of their dishes.

The Cadogan is a bit confusing to get into. There’s the main lobby of course, but around the corner is the Langtry’s restaurant door. There’s also the Tradesman’s Entrance, but using that got Oscar Wilde arrested at The Cadogan some 115 years ago.
